Partir en Livre, the great children’s book festival, is back for an eighth edition in a new longer format: three weeks of events and activities to even better share the pleasure of reading discovery.
Organized by the Center National du Livre under the impetus of the Ministry of Culture, Partir en Livre takes books off the shelves to meet young audiences in their places and at their leisure time.
On beaches, in campsites, at the foot of buildings, in parks and gardens, Leaving in Pound aims to bring books closer to children, adolescents and their families.
This year again the event has a theme: friendshipa unifying theme to even better share the joy of reading.
The highlight of the Livrodrome
the Bookdromeit is an itinerant literary amusement park, unique in France, which will cross the whole territory until July 22nd.
This “Tour de France in 10 stages” sets out to meet teenagers and pre-teens aged 11 to 18 and offers them at each stage more than 15 literary, fun and participatory attractions intended to transmit to them a taste for books, writing and reading.
