The third goalkeeper of Paris Saint-Germain Alexandre Letellier and his family were briefly sequestered during the night from Monday to Tuesday in their house in Yvelines, before the arrival of the police who arrested several suspects, franceinfo learned from a source close to the file.
On Tuesday, around 2 a.m., several men broke into the 33-year-old professional football player’s home. According to information from franceinfo, the player, who was with his wife and their children, had time to call the police.
All suspects arrested
According to the first elements of the investigation, the criminals, under threat of a knife, were given jewelry. Alexandre Letellier’s wife received a blow to the face. Upon their arrival, the police were able to arrest three suspects. Another suspect was able to flee, according to a source close to the case. The Versailles judicial police were seized of the investigation.
In July 2023, it was Gianluigi Donnarumma, 24, also a goalkeeper at PSG, who was assaulted and robbed, along with his family, at his Parisian home.
