On this festive and popular day, everyone can find and buy fresh truffles directly from the producers.
- Taste the truffle and discover the truffle food and wine pairings from the winegrowers of the Duchy of Uzès.
- Watch the dog and pig digging demonstrations that take place every hour.
- Guided tours organized by the tourist office also allow you to discover the history of the truffle, as well as anecdotes around its harvest.
- Find a market exclusively dedicated to Truffles and workshops around this beautiful product as well as a conference by Marc-André Selosse.
The program has evolved to allow the event to continue despite the health crisis.
