On Tuesday March 19, the Paris criminal court sentenced the 28 people tried between November and January for aggravated cyberstalking, death threats or even threats of crime against Magali Berdah, head of the influencer agency Shauna Events. “The severity of the sentences handed down is unprecedented in a case of cyberharassment,” underline his lawyers in a press release.

All of the defendants also received additional sentences of compulsory citizenship training and deprivation of eligibility rights for two years. They are also banned from contacting Magali Berdah for two years, including on social networks. They must finally pay him jointly and severally 54,000 euros in damages.

During the three trials involving these 28 defendants, which took place between November 2023 and January 2024, the businesswoman denounced a cyberharassment campaign against her, triggered by Booba on social networks.
The rapper launched a crusade in 2022 against Magali Berdah and against those he calls the “influvoleurs” and that he accuses multiple scams against Internet users. He himself is implicated in this case, but through a separate procedure: indicted since October 2023 for aggravated online moral harassment and placed under judicial supervision, the rapper was therefore not tried during these trials .
