A week after the scuffles in the Monnaie district of Romans, the 17-year-old arrested for a motorcycle rodeo filed a complaint against the police. He explains that he was hit on a motorcycle by their car and then hit. A doctor has just noticed a broken thumb and bruising, especially on the face. The prosecution has already opened an investigation into these facts.
Around 8 p.m. Thursday April 14, the Municipal Police of Romans arrested this 17-year-old young man who was doing motorcycle rodeos in the Monnaie district. He was placed in custody. The security forces immediately suffered a few projectiles, but managed to disperse the group. But later in the evening, around 11 p.m., the neighborhood caught fire.
The family of the young man arrested on a motorcycle denounced violence during his arrest. His sister explains that the police “hit him in the car” to intercept it and “They hit him once he was down.” A video of the damaged bumper of the municipal police car next to a green motocross was posted on the social network Snapchat.
