The 24-year-old from North Carolina is charged with the 2016 murder of his ex-girlfriend and co-worker named Truc Quan Ly Le. The victim’s body was found in a wooded area, with a bullet in the head. He was last seen crossing the border into Mexico, accompanied by an accomplice, his ex-girlfriend.

Omar Alexander Cardenas is an alleged member of the Pierce Street Gang in Los Angeles. He is wanted for his alleged involvement in the murder of a 46-year-old man, Jabali Dumas, which occurred in 2019. He allegedly shot his victim several times and is currently on the run in Mexico to avoid any legal proceedings.
