This amount is insufficient for Stéphane Cadoret, CFTC union representative at Thalès Laval, quoted by France Bleu Mayenne: “In view of the group’s financial results, which are dizzying and beyond the objectives set by the group’s management, we have requested a minimum increase of 4% for all employees and retroactivity to January 2022”.
