It has been under our radar, wrongly, for too long. The Quebec line Oneka (some of whose products can be found at the ITHQ hotel) offers a nice selection of body and hair care products, which deserve a mention here.
Maybe you saw them on the show In the eye of the dragon in the spring: Stacey Lecuyer and Philippe Choinière, owners of a family farm in the Eastern Townships, have been concocting around thirty different care products for 16 years, using organic plants and flowers, harvested directly from their land.
While they have just released new hair bar products for the summer, in addition to two facial oils, it is rather their cedar and sage shower gel, a great classic with a deliciously spicy scent, that seduced us.
A must-have that foams as desired, leaving the skin soft and fresh to the touch, which we could not do without. Note to those interested: it is also available in lavender, or citrus. As a bonus: we love its low price and its refillable bottle.
