The tension rises a notch about Taiwan. On Saturday July 30, China announces that it has organized live ammunition military exercises off its coasts. Beijing threatens to annex this autonomous island of 24 million inhabitants, considering that this territory belongs to it. The United States says loans to militarily defend the island, where the inhabitants are preparing for war.
A few days ago, Taiwan conducted a full-scale training exercise. In the scenario, several attacks have just hit the capital. 1,800 people were mobilized for the simulation. “This year’s exercises include scenarios similar to the Russia-Ukraine war and simulations of China’s attack on Taiwan“, explains a man.
