If Jean-Thomas Jobin titled his new show Ten strict thirty teas one, it has absolutely nothing to do with the late popular Luc Dionne detective series. It is rather an absurd and good-natured gag in his image and that of his fourth one man show.
The years that pass too quickly leading to the fear of growing old, the kid who refuses to give up his place to adults and the absurdity of life: these are the themes that emerge from the next show by the big winner of Big Brother 2021.
“I wanted to try to indulge a little more. To recount real-life situations that have substance and to see if I could develop this vein, because there are good reactions when I engage in the podcasts », Explains the comedian who can’t believe he’s already 48 years old.

He believes that his participation in reality TV shows (Big Brother Celebrities, Survivor Quebec) and his approach started in his previous show led him towards this desire to share certain emotions on stage.
The desire to get out of his comfortable slippers resulted in a work “always in the very left field absurdity” that we know him to be, but also offering moments of vulnerability drawn from his experience “about 65%”.
“There is a number on the mourning of my parents in particular, plus other little snippets of life that I tell with my ironic glasses on the situations. But it remains in absurd waters,” promises the artist who says he is both anxious and excited to have offered himself this new challenge.
