Social Security has decided to deregister ten dental centers, accused of fraud. Health Insurance suspects the Nobel Santé+ network of fictitious or abusive invoices.
Ten dental centers from the Nobel Santé+ group will be deregistered throughout France by Social Security. Invoiced crowns that were not placed, unnecessary care, fictitious and inconsistent billing… In total, half of the Nobel Santé+ centers located in eight French cities are accused of fraudulent practices.
Ten complaints filed by Social Security
Disengaged, these dental practices risk losing their patients because, from May 13, their care will no longer be reimbursed. Health Insurance estimates the damage at 2,900,000 euros since the start of this organized fraud system. The medical activities of these centers are located in four regions of France (Île-de-France, Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and Nouvelle Aquitaine). The Nobel Santé+ group could answer for its actions in court. Ten complaints have already been filed by Social Security.
