A sort of legacy of the Covid period, teleworking is increasingly regulated, even limited by companies in France. What do workers think about it?
Before the pandemic, only a few people used telework. Today, 33% of French employees work remotely at least once a week, according to the Statista polling institute. For most of them, what matters most is the right balance between office and remote work.
“Two days of teleworking can be a good in-between,” comments one man. “Two days is very good. I also enjoy going to work, seeing my colleagues.”confirms a woman. Teleworking continues to convince and companies must now deal with this practice. “Domesticating telework is the best way to make it work”analyses Benoît Serre, vice-president of the national association of HRDs.
