The “good for nothing”

Two British series tell the adventures of “magnificent losers”. A spy thriller starring Gary Oldman follows the fate of MI5 members relegated to administrative duties until they become embroiled in a dangerous operation. The other, written and directed by Stephen Merchant (The Office) and starring Merchant and Christopher Walken, follows “community” convicts who get their hands on a hoard.
