(Montreal) Bell announces that it has acquired two technology services companies as part of its plan to strengthen its cloud services activities.
Financial terms of the deals were not immediately available.
In the first transaction, Bell acquired Stratejm, a Mississauga, Ontario-based cybersecurity company serving Canadian and international customers.
The other deal involves CloudKettle, a Halifax-based professional services firm that operates in Canada and the United States.
“Bell has become the trusted leader in workflow automation and IT cybersecurity [technologies de l’information]through the acquisition of companies such as Stratejm and CloudKettle,” said John Watson, group president, business markets, customer experience and artificial intelligence at Bell, in a statement.
“We are pleased to take advantage of this expertise and enhance it to create an unparalleled experience for our customers.”
Bell says the deals complement its acquisition of FX Innovation in 2023.
Bell is owned by Bell Canada Enterprises.
