It duplicates itself, has spells that must be recharged, magic portals to teleport, on a hypnotizing musical background. Surely one of the most successful Quebec independent games of recent years, recently crowned big winner of the Ubisoft Indie Series, and public choice and technological innovation at MEGAMIGS 2021.

By compiling 22 criteria such as the number of start-ups and incubators, investments, patents and shared workspaces, the firm HelloSafe gave Montreal the third rank of the best cities for start-up in Canada, behind Toronto and Vancouver. Taken from the annual report of Startup Blink, these statistics also conclude that Quebec is lagging behind, with only 3 cities, namely Montreal, Sherbrooke and Quebec, in the top 1000 worldwide, compared to 21 for Ontario. Canada as a whole does quite well, with a solid 4e position behind the United States, the United Kingdom and Israel.

After ten years without news, one of the great classics of horror games, silent Hill, resuscitate. The Konami studio announced in the middle of the week a remake of Silent Hill 2, originally released in 2001, which will be PS5 and PC-only for the first 12 months. A brand new episode set in Japan, Silent Hill F, was also announced, along with merchandise. With eight main episodes since 1999, this franchise is still considered by millions of fans as the model of the genre, in competition with resident Evil. No new projects had been announced since 2012, and a game developed by Hideo Kojima revealed in 2014 was finally scrapped a year later.
