Teacher stabbed by student in Montreal high school

A member of the teaching staff of a secondary school in the district of Villeray – Saint-Michel-Parc-Extension was stabbed by a student Thursday morning.

The school employee at John F. Kennedy School, located on Villeray Street, was assaulted by a student with “a sharp object” shortly after 10 am Thursday morning. Police quickly arrived at the scene and located the professor in question, who sustained minor upper body injuries. You don’t fear for your life.

The police have also started active searches to try to locate the suspect in question, indicates the Police Department of the City of Montreal.

No other person was injured in connection with this altercation.
