Taylor Swift guitar and Eminem shoes up for auction

(Los Angeles) Taylor Swift’s acoustic guitar, Eminem’s signature tennis shoes and an ensemble worn by a BTS member are among the items to be auctioned off for charity next month.

Julien’s Auctions announced on Tuesday that memorabilia from some of music’s most popular artists will be auctioned off at the MusiCares charity auction on February 5.

All proceeds from the event following the Grammy Awards will go to MusiCares, an organization that helps musicians in times of financial and medical crisis.

A signed Epiphone acoustic guitar, which featured on the album cover Evermore by Taylor Swift in 2020, could fetch between US$5,000 and US$10,000. Eminem wrote the words “Shady” on a pair of Nike Air Max that could cost up to US$3000. And a utility-style black jumpsuit and belt buckle worn by BTS’s J-Hope during a photo shoot for his first solo album jack in the box could fetch up to US$4,000.
