Olivia Grégoire, the Minister Delegate in charge of SMEs, Trade, Crafts and Tourism, is the guest of “4 Truths” on France 2, Friday July 29. She returns to the presentation to the Council of Ministers by Bruno Le Maire, on Friday morning, of the economy plan for the next five years: “He will announce that we will be vigilant on the budgets, in particular what are called operating budgets.”

In the Senate, the tax on superprofits is relaunched by centrist senators, when Total announces record profits, as well as Engie. Should this tax be introduced? “We believe that companies have the means to show us their goodwill. (…) There is a finance bill which arrives in September in Parliament, as usual. If at the end of the finance bill, we realize that companies have not taken their responsibilities towards the French, we will review this question of taxation on superprofits. (…) We simply prefer that the money go directly and very quickly into the pockets of the French”concludes Olivia Grégoire.
