Tasting of Pain d’Ici de Castets, a natural and organic sourdough bread

At 46, Stéphane Chauvard has been a baker in the Landes for 5 years now, in Castets where he has set up his bakery and employs seven people with flexible hours to avoid too much hardship at work. At Le Pain d’Ici we work all in organic and with natural sourdough, a whole logic, a whole philosophy of respect for raw materials. As a result, the products are fabulous, excellent bread, extraordinary special breads, pastries that are all the rage.

To taste it, you just have to push the door of the bakery from Tuesday to Saturday in Castets at 73 Rue du Marensin, you will also find on the country of Dacquois and on the coast in the organic shops of many products from Pain d’Ici and Léon from of Sabrina in the company’s second store.
