Hockey player Alexander Killorn, of the Tampa Bay Lightning, has just acquired not one, two, three… but four condominium units, all located at the same address: 720 Saint-Jacques Street, straddling downtown and Old Montreal.

Although he has a career in the United States, the 33-year-old right-winger grew up in Beaconsfield, a suburb on the west island of Montreal.

Through its holding company Akillorn17 Capital, the attacker offered himself these four units of different sizes and floors in April. Total bill: just over $2,471,500.

Better known as Victoria sur le parc, this residential complex of 400 units spread over 58 floors is the work of Broccolini Group. Its construction, on land close to what was long called the Stock Exchange Towerin the Quartier international, started in 2018, so more than four years ago.


When it was launched, its promoter promised the erection of a 58-storey building in the long term.

-Designed by the firms Béique Legault Thuot architectes and IBI. The property developer: Broccolini.

-One- and two-bedroom units (480-880 square feet) feature nine-foot ceilings and will be located on floors 10-50.

-The penthouse-type units (1200 to 5200 square feet) are found on floors 51 to 57, with ceilings of 10 to 12 feet.
