Discovery of the Longe Coast
* Launch at 10 a.m., meeting at 9:30 a.m.
* Launch at 2 p.m., meeting at 1:30 p.m.
Equipment Longe Côte combi or shorty or swimsuit / used sneakers or diving shoes
Hiking accompanied on an 8km course, meet at 9am for a 9.30am departure or meet at 1.30pm for a 2pm departure
Hiking equipment: hiking shoes or comfortable sneakers, water, clothing adapted to the weather
Discovery of Nordic Walking (loan of poles on site) meeting at 1:45 p.m. for a departure at 2:15 p.m.
