Second chance for Ons Jabeur. Beaten two months ago by Elena Rybakina in the Wimbledon final, the Tunisian (5th in the world) has a new opportunity to win her first Grand Slam against Iga Swiatek, Saturday September 10 at 10 p.m., in the semi-final of the US Open 2022.
Titled twice at Roland-Garros, the Pole has never won the American tournament. The last confrontation between the two players had turned in favor of Iga Swiatek, in the final of the Rome tournament last May (6-2, 6-2). Out of four meetings in total, the record is two victories in each camp.
