A suspicious fire broke out in the warehouse of a commercial garage where two vehicles were reportedly significantly damaged by the flames very early Tuesday, also causing damage to the building.
Around half past midnight on the night of Monday to Tuesday, firefighters were called to AR Décary Street in Quebec City for a cube truck and a pickup truck on fire, in the area of a truck warehouse.
When they arrived, the fire had already spread to the building, causing damage to the commercial garage, before emergency services were able to bring it under control. Both vehicles were significantly damaged.
An investigation has been opened to try to shed light on this suspicious fire, which has a high probability of being criminal, according to our information. However, it is not yet clear whether or not the police found traces of accelerant there.
