The man in his thirties allegedly locked himself in a woman’s apartment before violently attacking her with a box cutter. She survived. A suspect with worrying behavior, whom neighbors had seen roaming the building in recent days. The alleged attacker, victim of return fire, is still hospitalized but out of danger. The vital prognosis of one of the police officers is still engaged.
