Choose good bread and perfect beef like Limousin beef.

Per person :

1 piece of 10cm/10cm bread or a round bun

80g ground beef

2 tbsp chopped vegetables (turnip, carrot, tomato, zucchini or other)

Salt and pepper

2 tbsp chopped green salad

1 tsp vinaigrette

Divide the bread in two, remove a little of the crumb or for a round roll, cut the top of the bread (like a lid) and remove the crumb. On the base or in the bottom, place the salad and the vinaigrette. Mix together minced meat, vegetables, salt and pepper and mix. Form a pavé and cook over moderate heat for 3 minutes on each side. Place the meat on the salad, spread the cheese over it and place the second half of the bread or the lid.
