Kirill Kaprizov guides the Wild to victory

Kirill Kaprizov had a goal and two assists to guide the Minnesota Wild to a 4-2 win over the Ottawa Senators on Sunday.

Mats Zuccarello had a goal and an assist while Jared Spurgeon and Frédérick Gaudreau added a goal each for the Wild, which posted a fifth straight win.

Sam Steel assisted in two goals for his team while Filip Gustavsson saved 25 pucks against his former team.

The 24-year-old Gustavsson was traded to the Wild for Cam Talbot and kicked off his team’s winning streak with the first shutout of his career Dec. 10 in Vancouver.

Mark Kastelic and Claude Giroux threaded the needle for the Senators, who had just won their last four outings.

Anton Forsberg gave up three times in 22 shots in front of the Ottawa squad.
