Sunday in politics: Clément Beaune wants abortion to become part of European law

Ukraine has obtained the green light from Brussels and the European Parliament to join the Union European, but will it be a priority? “She is not going to pass in front of the others. There are countries which are today, already candidates, countries of the Western Balkans. I am thinking of Montenegro, Serbia. We are in discussion with Albania or North Macedonia. For more than twenty years they have been making enormous – still insufficient – ​​efforts to fight against corruption, the independence of their media… to bring themselves up to European level (…). There is somehow no skip the line”, says the minister.
