Meeting with a personality from Nord-Mayenne: Venant Sochon, 91, one of the oldest supporters of the Stade Lavallois Mayenne Football Club. This former milk technician lived for a long time in Sedan, before returning to Mayenne in 1987. Since all this time, you can see him in the stands of the Francis Le Basser stadium.
One of the rare matches he missed in his long career was the famous Laval-kyiv, in the round of 32 of the UEFA Cup in 1983. Venant Sochon is reassured today to see Laval again in the world of professional soccer.
