We offer quality meat such as beef (Blonde d’Aquitaine or Parthenaise meat breed), lamb from Poitou-Charentes (butcher tradition label), veal (BonVeau du Marais Poitevin) and pork (Cocholin red mark). Every day, we make homemade charcuterie and homemade smoked products on site. All our products are developed thanks to the know-how of our team of enthusiasts.
