Summer cuisine: blueberries and chocolate

Lady “Julie” (from the city of Chocolate Valrhôna), was with us to talk to us about Blueberries, seasonal fruit and of course Chocolate!

We started the show with a short lesson: Julie gave us a tip for “tempering” chocolate, more easily, without the traditional temperature variations…

Then she gave us a recipe for making fresh Blueberries, coated in White Chocolate, then another gourmet recipe, Blueberry Tart on a vanilla cream, easy to make.

Finally, a last recipe for Blueberry Cookies, in short, what to use this little seasonal berry that we are currently harvesting in Ardèche.
