Flore, Alain, and Tiago’s Rescue
In light of the serious circumstances, Élisabeth had no option but to contact Commissioner Becker. From the police station, she reaches out to Vittorio to confirm that the transfer has been completed and the funds will reflect in his account by tonight. Élisabeth attempts to stall for time, hoping the authorities will track him down, but her efforts yield no results.
Meanwhile, Alex and Manu analyze the case. The hotel’s security footage captures Damien with two accomplices, yet the crime scene yields no evidence of violence—no blood or bullet traces are found at the dock. However, blanks were discovered in the ballistics review, leading the police to suspect it’s a deliberate setup.
On another note, Damien and his partners pass the time playing cards. Sensing something off about Élisabeth’s phone call, Vittorio suspects she might betray them. He proposes a drastic measure, suggesting they cut off a finger from Alain to exert pressure. Damien dismisses this notion and insists they stick to their original plan.
Meanwhile, Élise warns Ludo about the risks he took by aiding Flore and concealing the truth from the police, expressing her belief that Damien has faked his own death.
