Suffering from Alzheimer’s: a septuagenarian is missing

The Saint-Eustache City Police Department is asking for the public’s help to find a septuagenarian suffering from Alzheimer’s who has been missing in Saint-Eustache since Monday evening.

Ms. Hélène Lachance, 73, was last seen in a convenience store located in the town of Crabtree around 7:17 p.m. She mentioned wanting to go to Abitibi.

She travels by car, a black 2011 Ka Sorento with registration number 787 GQF.

Hélène Lachance has long white hair tied in a ponytail, is bald on the top of her head and has brown eyes. She has a birthmark on her forehead and two front teeth left.

She is 5 feet 2 inches tall and speaks French. She was last seen wearing a black leather coat and a leopard print scarf. She also wore prescription glasses with black frames.

The Saint-Eustache City Police Department invites people who may have information allowing her to be located to contact the centralized emergency call service at 450-974-5300. The information received will be treated confidentially.
