The preppy is back, finally, the Plazacore. This trend is in full swing on TikTok and there are countless content from fashionistas displaying this hashtag.
The term is inspired by Éloïse, the heroine of Kay Thompson’s children’s books. This little New Yorker lives in a suite at the Plaza Hotel and has a wardrobe made up of babydoll dresses, little shirts with balloon sleeves and baby shoes.
