A malfunction in the cold room of the school kitchen, according to the town hall of Bagnols, which specified that it had “very quickly mobilized so that on this day of return, the pupils of the elementary course can benefit from a meal. ” This Monday morning, 120 meals were delivered, “their temperature was, as every day, checked, before they were placed in a cold room. In the morning, the establishment’s agents noted that the temperature in the cold room showed 14 degrees“.
As a precaution, all meals were discarded. A replacement meal could be prepared in an emergency“thanks to the responsiveness of the central kitchen so that children can eat normally“
School meals, designed by the central kitchen of the Gard Rhodanien Agglomeration, are delivered every morning at 7:30 am to the various schools.
