According to an English study, consuming coffee would be good for your health. In this study, 470,000 people aged 40 to 69 were followed. Among them, four out of five people drink coffee. Scientists have observed a decrease in mortality. If you drink three cups of coffee a day you reduce your mortality by 15% with ground coffee.
