Michel Drucker is once again meeting his loyal viewers on France 3 for a new issue of Can’t wait for Sunday this October 23, 2022. For 1h30, the host will receive several artists and debrief their news. In the first part, it is Claude Lelouch who will be in the spotlight.
The latter is due to celebrate his 85th birthday on November 14 and, for the occasion, he is organizing a symphonic film-concert around his films at the Palais des Congrès in Paris. The famous director will celebrate his birthday on stage surrounded by his friends, actors, singers and surprise guests like Didier Barbelivien and Ibrahim Maalouf with whom he has already collaborated. The two artists will join him on the set of Can’t wait for Sunday to discuss this event. Didier Barbelivien will take the opportunity to discuss the release of his new album and he will perform a title with his musicians. Note that cartoonist Emmanuel Chanu will be there to revisit the life and career of Claude Lelouch in drawings.
In the second part of the program, Michel Drucker will discuss the news of Philippe Lellouche and Caterina Murino. The latter will be present to defend their new play The whirlwind. This is a comedy imagined by Francis Veber, the director of the Dinner of idiots. The story revolves around an depressed journalist and a somewhat clumsy and brutal cop, as well as their respective wives. The play is being played at the Théâtre de la Madeleine until November 6th.
Finally, it is Samuel Le Bihan who will be invited to give his news. The actor will be back on France 3 from October 25 with an unreleased version of the series Alex Hugo. It will be abouta new adventure inspired by an American news story. Michel Drucker will also receive Les Chevaliers du Fiel who are currently playing their new show at the Comédie de Toulouse.
