Union members at the Duchesnay tourist resort, in Sainte-Catherine-de-la-Jacques-Cartier, announce a walkout for the month of July.
Three days of strike are planned, July 2, 3 and 4, at this resort of the Société des establishments de plein air du Québec (SÉPAQ).
These approximately 150 workers are members of the United Food and Commercial Workers (TUAC) union, which is affiliated with the FTQ. In fact, their number varies from 110 to 150, depending on the time of year.
The tourist resort is located near Lake Saint-Joseph, in the greater Quebec region.
Remuneration is the main point in dispute, as is the evaluation of job classifications.
