The Federation of Early Childhood Workers (FIPEQ), affiliated with the CSQ, expects to receive a final offer from Quebec.

The FIPEQ and the Quebec Service Employees Union, affiliated with the FTQ, called a press conference at 11 a.m. to announce the date of their indefinite strike.

It was at the same time that they were summoned by Quebec; so they canceled their press conference.

The Federation of Health and Social Services, affiliated with the CSN, has already been on indefinite strike since Wednesday morning. It was also called by employer negotiators on Friday morning.
