More than a million euros were raised to help the Palestinian population in Gaza and the West Bank with the NGO Médecins du Monde. This is the assessment of the five days of the “Streamers4Palestinians” operation launched on Twitch by streamers, at the initiative of Baghera Jones.

From Friday May 31 at 8 p.m. until midnight Wednesday June 5, dozens of live content creators took turns to raise funds for the benefit of the NGO Médecins du Monde, with among them Domingo, Antoine Daniel, Samuel Étienne, Natoo or even Clément Viktorovitch.

On the social network X, Baghera Jones thanks all the donors: “It’s unimaginable, thank you again for your support and that of all the participants and team for these 5 days in favor of the Palestinian people with Médecins du Monde France, I am extremely moved by what we can do all together.” Some people made donations of up to 5,000 euros.

The million euros from the prize pool will be donated to Médecins du Monde France to help purchase and deliver humanitarian aid to Gaza. The NGO which welcomes this donation collection campaign on its X account: “1 039 573 euros collected! Thank you for your valuable donations and to all streamers, especially Baghera Jones for this initiative. This support helps us stay mobilized for the health and rights of civilians in Gaza and the West Bank.”
