Strawberry tiramisu from Pierre Nuss

Zütàte f’r 6 Portione – ingredients for 6 people

500g Ardbeere – 500g strawberries

3 Sùppe Leffel Zùcker – 3 tablespoons sugar

250g mascarpone – 250g mascarpone

250g Magerquark – 250g cottage cheese

1 Sùppe Leffel Zitronesàft – 1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 Packele Vanillezücker – 1 packet of vanilla sugar

100 gr Leffelbiskuits – 100 gr spoon biscuits

6 Sùppe Leffel Orangensàft – 6 tablespoons orange juice

eventüell Zitronemelisse zem gàrnieren – for decoration, possibly lemon balm.

Vorbereitung – Preparation

Wash and hull all the strawberries. Purée 100 g of strawberries with 1 tablespoon of sugar and chill. Mix the mascarpone, fromage blanc, 2 tablespoons of sugar, lemon juice and vanilla sugar and season. Cut 300 g of strawberries into small pieces and gently fold them into the mascarpone cream. Line a mold with spoon cookies and drizzle with orange juice. Arrange the strawberry pulp and the mascarpone cream alternately on the biscuits with a spoon, then chill. Before serving, garnish with the rest of the strawberries and possibly a little mint or lemon balm.
