PINEAPPLE STRAWBERRY DUO
Braising the pineapple will strengthen its sugar. Per person :
2 slices of fresh pineapple if possible
1 ladle of strawberries, washed, hulled and cut into pieces
½ tsp butter
A few lemon balm leaves for garnish
Cut 1 slice of pineapple into pieces. Heat the fat and brown the pineapple (slices and pieces) on both sides for 2 to 3 minutes.
