I just finished reading an article in defense of the rich1, the 1%, as some call them. It denounces the new luxury tax of the government of Justin Trudeau which will be implemented in September. Personal planes, boats and luxury automobiles will be taxed more. The author describes this announcement as populist. We are told the same old refrain that we must rather increase economic growth again and again.
