Stephanie was not destined for pastoralism. A few years ago, she decided to follow in the adventure her companion, Xavier Bartoli, sheep breeder for 20 years.
The couple makes their sheep’s cheese, of the type venachesu as well as the tomme, in the plain of Prunelli di Fiumorbu.
