Stéphane Plaza, his hilarious question to Sophie Ferjani on Instagram

It was in the early 2000s that Stéphane Plaza got into real estate by launching his own eponymous agency. In 2006, he made his television debut. as a real estate expert on the show “Recherche appartement ou maison”, where he helps individuals and families find their dream home. His charismatic personality, sense of humor and genuine passion for real estate endeared him to audiences, and the show became a huge hit.

Since that date, he is thus one of the leading faces of the channel since he is also in charge of other similar programs, namely “House for sale”, “Apartment hunters” or even “Better at home”. Although he enjoys expertise in the field of real estate, it is above all his personality, his humor and his outspokenness that have made him a star personality, much appreciated by the French.

More hilarious than ever, Stéphane Plaza never misses an opportunity to tease his loyal friends. He has little, so it was Jeanfi Jenssen who took it for his rank. “My Jeanfi, I bought your panties, we will have the same” launched the host in the caption of a photo of colored boxer shorts obviously bought for laughs.

Stéphane Plaza mocked by Sophie Ferjani
A few hours ago, it was alongside his friend and colleague Sophie Ferjani that the host had fun. In search of a new pair of sunglasses, he obviously stopped at a Ray Ban brand store where he carried out a small ophthalmological test. A moment immortalized by the famous decorator and shared on social networks. “My glasses are a little big, aren’t they? Sophie?” asked Stéphane Plaza. And the latter to outbid with another question: “Am I packing his new glasses or not?”.

Very active on Instagram, Sophie Ferjani recently made the headlines after unveiling the interior of her sumptuous house located on the heights of Marseille, in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region. She and her husband Baligh are indeed owners of a building dating from the 19th century which they have renovated by combining touches of traditional decoration and modernity.
