This Wednesday, August 17, the magazine “Paris Match” has revealed the cover of its new number on Instagram. Featured, Stéphane Bern and Yori Bailleres, the man of her life. The lovebirds pose proudly with their babies in their arms, their little dogs. “Thanks to Yori, the host overcame the mourning of his father, then of his brother. Paris Match devotes its coverage to Stéphane Bern on the occasion of the broadcast of ‘Pour l’honneur d’un fils’ on 25 August on France 3 and the publication of ‘The found life of a royal college’ (ed. Albin Michel”), on August 31″commented our colleagues in the caption of their publication.

Stéphane Bern, who has become the laughing stock of the web in spite of himself, has had a complicated year. Last February, he lost his father. Invited at the beginning of the year on the set of “7 à 8”, the host of “Secrets d’histoire” had confided in his relationship with his parents and his past as a child beaten by his mother. “Yes, my mother had been brought up by a Prussian father. I can tell you that it had to be perfection. My mother was a translator and interpreter, she spoke perfect English, German, Russian and Italian So, you can imagine, when I was repeating my English or German lessons, I took the full face of it”he had revealed, before talking about the violence suffered smaller: “I was not a child martyr. I was beaten, when necessary. At the time, corporal punishment existed. And I haven’t known a day without taking a slap, I admit it”.

On August 9, it was his brother who disappeared.“Armand, my dear brother, We had sworn that we would remain united for life and death separated us on August 6. You left too soon, a month before your 60th birthday, after having fought courageously against the melanoma which ended up winning”, he declared in particular before continuing: “Chaste and modest, humble and silent, but terribly sensitive, you did not like effusions and let me take the light to better stay in the dark […] You leave a huge void in the hearts of those who love you, your loving and devoted wife Jocelyne, your three wonderful children, your two grandsons and a third unborn grandchild. I swear to you to be faithful to your memory, to be another father for them. The only death is oblivion. I will honor you and love you until my own death”, he wrote on Instagram. To overcome all these dramas, Stéphane Bern was able to count on the unfailing support of Yori.
