Here are the steps to follow if you received a bogus ticket from the companies Stat Park Inc., Max Park Solutions Inc. or Pay Park Inc.:

1. File a complaint with the Consumer Protection Office

2. Do not pay the amount of the fake fine

3. Do not contact the company. Otherwise, it will collect your private information

4. If you have paid the said fees, you can give the merchant formal notice to reimburse you

5. You could even seek punitive damages from the small claims division
