The Red Bull driver, eighth in qualifying on Saturday, will however have to catch up on Charles Leclerc (Ferrari), who signed his ninth pole position of the season. The Monegasque beat Sergio Perez (Red Bull) and Lewis Hamilton (Mercedes). The French Pierre Gasly (AlphaTauri) and Esteban Ocon (Alpine) set the seventh and eighteenth times respectively.
