Stade Toulousain is in tune with the final stages. After a thrilling match of rare intensity, the Rouge et Noir eliminated the South African province of the Sharks (54-20) on Saturday 8 April in the quarter-finals of the Champions Cup. Carried by the capital performance of the internationals, including Antoine Dupont and Thomas Ramos, the Toulousains scored seven tries, including several at the conclusion of river actions. Here they are in the semi-finals of the Champions Cup for the fifth time in a row.

Stade Toulousain continues its momentum at the end of the first period with a second try signed this time by Thomas Ramos on a pass from Antoine Dupont after a new game on the right wing. Toulouse leads 21-10.

Such an outcome did not, however, flow naturally at half-time after a first act ended with a narrow score (14-11), during which the Haut-Garonnais were muzzled by the Sharks.

But Toulouse was able to turn around before sublimating themselves in the last minutes. This largely acquired success, against a team composed of many South African internationals, sounds like a real tour de force, as a semi-final looms against a Leinster mainly carried by members of the XV of Clover.
