Spring recipes with saffron and spirulina from us!

Let’s cook saffron and spirulina with local producers! We received Céline Dalonis from the Manjolive farm in Sabran, and Damien Sanchez from the starred restaurant Le Skab in Nîmes. Red mullet with saffron, spirulina sorbet, strawberries in saffron syrup… We enjoy it!
