Music, dancing and lanterns: the streets of the Saint-Michel district are lively until Sunday as part of a new free festive event.
Since Friday, the TOHU team has been presenting Les lumière de Saint-Michel, an event that unites music, lanterns and the circus. The event offers a series of activities for the whole family, in several places in the district, including a tasting of products made from insects.
Citizens were invited to make lanterns that will be presented during a festive march that will take place on Sunday, at sunset. They will light up the streets alongside circus artists and musicians.
These festivities follow on from La Falla de Saint-Michel, an event that animated the district for 18 years before being redesigned in order to comply with more ecological practices.
